Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Digital Success Society, LLC (“Digital Success Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern access to Reel Maker. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Reel Maker.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

The service

Reel Maker lets users upload photos, provide a topic or instructions, receive AI-assisted text suggestions, and create downloadable Reel videos. Available features and usage allowances depend on the Free, Simple, or Creator plan shown at the time of use. Features described as “coming soon,” planned, or experimental are not guaranteed until they are released.

Subscriptions and payments

Reel Maker includes a Free plan. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe at the price and monthly interval displayed before checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Taxes may apply where required. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method while the subscription remains active.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal linked from your Account. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, paid access remains available through that period, no further renewal charge will be made, and the account then returns to the Free plan.

Refunds and billing problems

Paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, including when the subscription is unused or canceled during that period, except where a refund is required by law. Canceling stops future renewals and does not normally reverse the most recent charge.

If you experience a duplicate charge, a verified billing error, or a significant technical problem caused by Reel Maker that prevents meaningful use of the paid service, email hello@digitalsuccesssociety.com. Requests should be made within seven days of the charge and may cover only the most recent charge. We will review the circumstances and, when appropriate, may issue a refund or account credit. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Your photos and other content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Reel Maker and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and generate the outputs you request.

You represent that you own or have permission to use and process every photo, logo, name, instruction, and other item you submit. You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contains malware, or exploits or harms another person.

AI-generated and rendered output

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing hooks, captions, claims, links, and finished videos before publishing them. Reel Maker does not guarantee that generated output is unique, legally protectable, accurate, non-infringing, or appropriate for a particular platform or purpose.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass plan limits, interfere with security or availability, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, use automated access that burdens the service, impersonate others, or use Reel Maker to create deceptive, illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing material.

Reel Maker property

Reel Maker, its software, interface, branding, and original materials are owned by the service operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Reel Maker technology or branding.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Reel Maker. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device, browser, social platform, file, or third-party service. Keep copies of content and completed videos you need.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using Reel Maker at any time. Ending an account or subscription does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Maker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Maker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, content, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
